PURCHASING VIA OUR WEBSITE 

The person ordering goods via our website (“you”) or over the phone or in person, contracts with The CW Club Limited (trading as Ripping Yarns Distillery), a company registered in England with the number 10195214 (“we” or “us”).

Our website shop is only intended for use by people over the age of 18 who are resident in the United Kingdom (UK). We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK. All orders placed via our website will be subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in the order and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been provided correctly.

YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND UNDERTAKINGS

By placing an order, you will be deemed to represent and undertake to us that: 

(a) you have the capacity required to enter into binding contracts;

(b) you are at least 18 years old;

(c) you are resident in the UK;

(d) you are placing your order from the UK; and

(e) all details provided on your order are complete and correct.

PRICES 

We only transact in Pounds Sterling (£). The prices payable for our products are clearly set out on our website and all prices include VAT (where applicable). Delivery is free unless otherwise stated at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned and refund the price paid by you to you. You will be advised of any applicable delivery costs on the website at the time your order is accepted. We reserve the right to alter our prices in relation to future orders at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND REFUNDS

All products we offer for sale are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 working days of receiving your order and at the same time we will refund to you any money paid in respect of that order. We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse to complete an order at our discretion, orders may not be transferred from you to any other person and you must not order alcoholic products for use by anyone under the age of 18.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to restrict or decline orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by or for the benefit of any person under the age of 18, dealers, resellers or distributors or for any other reason.

PAYMENT

Payments via our website are processed by Stripe Inc. Your payment details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be automatically charged for your order once your order has been acknowledged. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not in any circumstances (excluding personal injury or death) exceed the total price charged for the products ordered by you. You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.

DELIVERY

We can only deliver our products to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery will be by post or courier. We will deliver to the address as entered on the website order form. Orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment. If goods fail to arrive after 14 days from date of order, please notify us by email to admin@rippingyarnsdistillery.com Whilst we do our best to ensure delivery within 14 days of the date of your order, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the delivery address details provided to us are incorrect or incomplete. If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will try to give you the option of resending the order at your expense or we may refund the purchase less the cost of postage and packing we have incurred. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If delivery is requested to business premises, delivery will be successful if the order is delivered to a reception area at that address. As our products contain alcohol you must ensure they are signed for by someone 18 years of age or older.
